Click here for the full story from Open File; however for all you lazy folk a quick summary is that Steve was in UO not so long ago and noticed that his design was prominently featured on a t-shirt that was for sale. He had posted the graphic to an old personal blog that is no longer up and running however a cached version of that blog has been tracked down. UO had never asked permission to use the graphic so naturally he was left a little shocked.
This is yet another good reason for me to continue my dislike of that place.
