Sushi is an all time favourite of mine, I haven't had it in ages... and I have no idea why.
Matt sent me one of these photos during a iChat conversation earlier today, and I have been thinking about eating some of this good stuff ever sense. They are actually from a trip that he and my boss took up to the Arctic a few months ago. Yes, I said Arctic.
Oh- and I have to show love for being showed the light that is sushi; I'm grateful that I got on this train.
